Introduction

MediThoughts Ltd (“MediThoughts”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates a professional market research and insights panel platform (the “Panel”).

As a member of the Panel, you have the opportunity to participate in various research activities, including online and mobile surveys, product testing, focus groups, and more.

By registering, accessing, or participating in any Panel activity, you agree to these General Terms & Conditions / Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms also include a class action waiver, a jury trial waiver, and require binding arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes.

1. Applicability & Agreement

These Terms apply to:

All MediThoughts panels, subpanels, and websites
All mobile applications operated by us
All surveys, studies, and research activities we host or administer
Any rewards, incentives, or prize redemption processes related to your participation

By joining or participating in the Panel, you agree to follow these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict your membership at our discretion.

2. Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old and reside in a country where participation is allowed.
Only one account per person is permitted.
Participation by minors under 18 requires parental consent and must be via a parent’s account.
Employees of MediThoughts Ltd and their immediate family members may not participate for personal incentives.

3. Use of the Services

The Panel is for personal, non-commercial use only. We may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

By joining, you agree to receive survey invitations and related communications, which you can opt out of at any time (see Section 8).

4. Registration & Account Security

You must provide accurate personal information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for safeguarding your username and password.
Membership is non-transferable.
You participate as an independent contractor, not as our employee or partner.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate surveys
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to complete the same survey multiple times
Access or use the Panel for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
Violate the confidentiality of research content (“Restricted Content”)

6. Rewards Program

Rewards may be offered in the form of Panel Currency or Points
Minimum redemption threshold: $50 USD (unless otherwise stated)
Points have no cash value until redeemed, are non-transferable, and may expire after one year
Fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination
Rewards may be subject to taxes in your jurisdiction — you are responsible for compliance

7. Profile Updates

You must review and update your profile at least every 6 months to keep your account active.

8. Opt-Out Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by following the unsubscribe process or contacting our support team.

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to redeem any eligible rewards.

9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All materials, surveys, and content you access are the property of MediThoughts Ltd or its clients and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any such content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MediThoughts Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Any claim against us must be made within one year of the cause of action.

11. Arbitration & Governing Law

If you are located in the United States, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as described in our detailed Arbitration Policy.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, unless otherwise required by law.
